• Ian Hunter (Mott the Hoople) teamed up with his old mate Mick Ronson (The Spiders from Mars) to record this album in June 1989.

• Sadly this was to be their very last album together as Ronson had been diagnosed with liver cancer. This critically acclaimed album was originally made available for the first time in 10 years and this is now a keenly awaited re-press.

• This release contains two tracks from Mick Ronson – dating back from 1972 – and recorded just before the Ziggy Stardust album.

• Y U I ORTA is derived from 40s comedy trio The Three Stooges “Why You, I Oughta”!!!!!
