It’s Immaterials’ second album “Song” was released in 1990, the music was of a subdued, understated nature, with wry wit in the manner of an indie Pet Shop Boys. The album received positive reviews in the music press but failed to capture the imagination of the public and the band soon split afterwards. This reissue contains the B-sides of the Heaven Knows single as well as comperhensive notes by Malcolm Dome and enhanced artwork featuring lyrics and rare photos.
