Sadao Watanabe recorded the album “How’s Everything” in July 1980 live at the Legendary venue The Budokan in Japan over two nights. The album features a who’s who of Jazz Fusion musicians including Richard Tee on Piano, Steve Gadd – Drums, Eric Gale – Electric Guitar, Ralph MacDonald – Percussion, Anthony Jackson – Bass, Jeff Mironov – Electric & Acoustic Guitar and Dave Grusin playing Rhodes Piano. Dave Grusin also arranged & conducted the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra on these two magical nights. “How’s Everything” contains versions the Sadao Watanabe classics ‘Up Country’ and ‘Nice Shot’.
