Released on 13/02/12. This classic British Funk album by Hi Tension is
available for the first time on Compact Disc. Originally released in
1979 on Island Records, the album features the Top Ten double A side
smash hit ‘British Hustle’ / ‘Peace On Earth’ and the Top Twenty hit ‘Hi
Tension’, both 7”single versions are included in this package as Bonus
Tracks.Both ‘British Hustle’ & ‘Hi Tension’ were club classics of
their time and the “Hi Tension” album featured extended versions of both
tracks. Hi Tension featured the vocal talents of David Joseph who went
on to have solo hit singles in the early 80’s.
