Chris Braide: Fifty Dollar Planets and Twenty Cent Stars, CD

Chris Braide is an award winning British singer, songwriter and record producer based in Los Angeles and recipient of the Ivor Novello award as well as ASCAP and Billboard awards.

Chris Braide has written and produced songs for a wide range of artists including David Guetta, Britney Spears, Lana del Rey, Sia Furler, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce and Yuna. He was formerly a member of Producers with Trevor Horn and is one half of the experimental pop duo DBA with Geoff Downes.

Fifty Dollar Planets is Chris’ third solo album and was heavily influenced stylistically by Marc Bolan & T.Rex, most notably on the opening and closing songs. The album contains the digital single ‘Let Me Love You’ which was co-written with Semisonic’s Dan Wilson.
