Eric Roberson: Music Fan First, CD

America’s biggest ‘underground’ soul/R&B artist, the trailblazing ERIC ROBERSON, returns with the follow-up to his 2007 album ‘Left’.

Following a short career on Warner in the Nineties with one Billboard R&B chart hit “The Moon”, Eric Roberson – known to fans as Erro – has quietly built a massive following through five self-financed albums on his own Blue Erro Soul imprint.

In 2006 he was the main focus of a front page Billboard feature on the independent soul scene. His club anthem “Change For Me” has been featured on numerous Ministry of Sound and Defected compilations. He has written songs for Jill Scott, Jazzy Jeff, Will Downing and Musiq Soulchild, and is signed to EMI Music Publishing. In the UK he has performed more than a dozen times at London’s Jazz Café since 2004, and in 2008 he headlined at London’s Indigo2.
