Following hot on the heels of Jay Records release of Sullivan and Co, The Operas That Got Away, comes this Digital recording of the English National Operas critically acclaimed production of The Mikado. The recording features established English opera stars such as Felicity Palmer, Richard Van Allan, Richard Angas, Bonaventura Bottone, Mark Richardson and the now hugely successful performer Leslie Garrett. Of interest to many will be the operatic debut of Eric Idle from the Monty Python team, singing gloriously, especially in his very own Little List song.
