Be aware that all orders from Cherryred.co.uk will be delivered to you by our UK fulfilment partner Proper Music, please make sure that you recognise and accept any deliveries from them on our behalf.

 

IOSS 
We are now IOSS registered. This means that EU customers only pay VAT on our goods once on orders up to the value of 150 Euros ((Approx. £125 at today exchange rates). Please be aware that you could still be liable for customs/handling charges.

 

Customs Information
Please be aware if you are based outside of the UK that local customs tariff, import duty or local taxes may apply and will be payable by the customer.

Each territory has its own import duty rates and regulations and this is totally outside of our control. Under customs law we have a legal obligation to declare the retail value of good being shipped. This cannot be altered or manipulated by ourselves for the purpose of avoiding any import duties or tariff’s due in the destination territory, customers cannot request us to do so.

 

Customers Refusing To Pay Duties/VAT:
Please be aware that if you refuse to pay any additional VAT or duties required by the courier or mail service and the parcel needs to be returned back to our fulfilment partner’s (Proper Music Distribution) UK warehouse, then the cost of delivery both to and from your destination may be deducted from any refund that is due for the return of those goods (As per our standard terms and conditions which can be found on our website).

 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: For EU and ROW orders we HIGHLY recommend that you use Tracked shipping. We will not take responsibility if your package goes missing without Tracked shipping.

We cannot guarantee the speed of the royal mail service and any delays are outside of our control, we kindly ask you to wait for at least 14 working days for UK orders before reporting any goods to us as un-received or missing.

 

Delivery Policy:
Wherever possible we will dispatch all items within a single order as soon as they become available.  If you place an order that includes a new release product released the same week then we will hold your order until it can be despatched as per the “Delivery Of Advance Pre-Orders” detailed below.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct as we are not responsible for any orders shipped with incorrect or missing delivery information should they subsequently not reach you.

With Items that are in stock it will be unlikely that we are able to amend the shipping address these items due to them being dispatched as soon as possible. Your delivery address is used precisely as entered by yourself when submitting the delivery details for your order. Delivery will only be made to the address as stated on the original order and can only be changed thereafter by contacting us directly and passing our security checks.

Cherryred.co.uk withholds the right to refuse or cancel any orders requiring despatch to problematic destinations that may also include areas of conflict or war.

 

Delivery Delays
We cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service and any delays are outside of our control, we kindly ask you to wait for at least 14 working days for UK orders before reporting any goods to us as un-received or missing so that we can investigate the non arrival of an item correctly. Delivery delays caused by or due to major weather disruption will cause actual delivery times to be greatly extended and are beyond our control (applies to all destinations). Please note that any goods we despatch must be reported as undelivered within 30 working days from the confirmed date of posting and subject to the delivery timelines stated above. We will be unable to resolve any claims made for undelivered orders after 30 working days.

 

Delivery Of Advance Pre-Orders
The standard release date of our new release music products is a Friday. All orders for new releases placed in advance of the actual release date will be shipped on the Thursday prior to release to ensure that delivery of your order is as close to the products official release date as possible (Applies to UK destinations only), please note we cannot guarantee delivery of items for release day. All EU advance pre-orders will be despatched from the Tuesday prior to release and International orders from the Monday prior to release. Cherryred.co.uk witholds the right to hold back any orders where any items also include new release products up to the following week and that are not allowed to be shipped as per our standard new release delivery terms stated here.

 

UK Delivery
All orders are despatched by our preferred choice of carrier for your specific order. The majority of our UK orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

 

EU & ROW Delivery
IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: For EU and ROW orders we HIGHLY recommend that you use Tracked shipping. We will not take responsibility if your package goes missing without Tracked shipping.

 

All orders are despatched by our preferred carrier of choice for your specific order to EU destinations averages from 5/10 days and ROW from 10/14 days, subject to your country of origin. However, you need to allow up to 30 working days for deliveries to Western Europe and up to 30 working days for the Rest Of The World from the confirmed date of despatch before reporting goods as not received. Please note that any goods we despatch must be reported as undelivered within 30 working days from the confirmed date of posting and subject to the delivery timelines stated above. We will be unable to resolve any claims made for undelivered orders after 30 working days. Delivery destinations outside of the UK can take much longer to be received due to local mail service delays and also being subject to local customs checks. Import duty, also known as customs duty, tariff, or import tariff, is a local tax that the importer (you, the customer) has to pay to bring foreign goods into his or her country. Any customs tariff, import duty or local taxes due within your specific delivery territory will be payable by the customer.

We offer two delivery options: Standard and Tracked.

We Strongly Advise for any orders outside of the UK to select tracked shipping, if standard shipping is selected you will not be provided a tracking number.

Shipping is dynamically calculated based on order weight.

Items sent via the Tracked method means we can provide you with a tracking number with which you can then track your packages progress.
