Leon Russell And Mary Russell: The Paradise Years 1976-1981, 4CD Box Set

First-ever collection of late superstar Leon Russell’s recordings for his own Paradise Records label.   

This 4CD collection features expanded editions of his solo albums, collaborations with Mary  Russell and New Grass Revival, and Mary’s own album 'Heart Of Fire'.  

Guests include Bobby Womack, Nigel Olsson of The Elton John Band, Maxayn Lewis, 

Mickey Raphael, The Buckinghams’ Marty Grebb, Baja Marimba Band founder Julius Wechter, electronic music pioneer Roger Linn, and the Chicago horn section.    

Blending rock, R&B, soul, Americana, gospel, pop, jazz, dance, bluegrass, and country, 'The Paradise Years 1976-1981' includes some of the most richly varied and adventurous music ever made by Russell. The box includes newly remastered editions of Leon and Mary's 'Wedding Album' and 'Make Love To The Music'; Leon's 'Americana' and 'Life And Love'; Mary's 'Heart Of 

Fire'; and Leon & New Grass Revival's 'The Live Album', plus seven rare, new-to-CD bonus singles.  

Nick Robbins has remastered the audio. The deluxe booklet features Joe Marchese and Charles Donovan's sleeve notes placing these often-overlooked albums into the full context of Leon Russell's extraordinary legacy as a singer, songwriter, musician, producer, and collaborator.

Kim Wilde: Close, Red Vinyl Edition

Demon Records are reissuing Kim Wilde's classic '80s album 'Close' which is being made available on LP again for the first time in more than 35 years. Now released on red vinyl and as an eye-catching picture disc for the first time, Close was Kim's sixth studio album, originally released in June 1988. It includes five UK Top 40 singles including 'You Came' (No. 3 and US No. 41), 'Four Letter Word' (No. 6), 'Never Trust A Stranger' (No. 7), 'Hey Mister Heartache' (No. 31), and 'Love In The Natural Way' (No. 32). Both formats come with the bonus tracks 'Tell Me Where You Are', originally the B-Side of 'Hey Mister Heartache', and the 7-inch edit of Shep Pettibone's remix of 'You Came'.

Kim Wilde: Close, Picture Disc Vinyl Edition

Now released on red vinyl and as an eye-catching picture disc for the first time, Close was Kim's sixth studio album, originally released in June 1988. This Nektar live album features a line-up of Roye Albrighton, Ron Howden, Peter Pichl and Klaus Henatsch.

‘Fortyfied’ was recorded to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Nektar’s formation.

Spirit: Sea Dream, 4CD Expanded & Remastered Edition

Remastered and expanded 4CD clamshell box set edition of ‘Sea Dream’ by Spirit.

Originally issued in 2002 as a double CD version and unavailable for many years.

'Sea Dream’ was a collection of previously unreleased demos and recordings made by the late Randy California and his band Spirit.

Nektar: A Tab in the Ocean, Deluxe Five Disc Limited Edition

An expanded deluxe edition of ‘A Tab in the Ocean’ by Nektar.

First issued in November 1972, the album was the second release by Nektar and was a milestone for the band as it set the template that that would bring them success in both Germany and the USA.

Originally featuring just four pieces, the albums first side would be dominated by the extensive title track which was a progressive rock tour de force. The remaining tracks, ‘Desolation Valley / Waves’, ‘Crying in the Dark’ and ‘King of Twilight’ would also become Nektar classics.
