Shrine: Deluxe Edition - Dee C. Lee

Shrine: Deluxe Edition

· Singer Dee C. Lee enjoyed a prolific solo career in the mid-1980s in parallel to her role as a vocalist in The Style Council.

· Dee enjoyed huge success with the 60s-styled ballad ‘See The Day’, which reached No. 3 in late 1985.

· Her resulting debut album Shrine (1986) has long been out-of-print on CD and is now expanded with a whole bonus disc of non-album tracks.

· In addition to ‘See The Day’, the package also includes her minor hit ‘Come Hell Or Waters High’.

· Style Council/Paul Weller fans will enjoy the CD debut for Dee’s beautiful performance of ‘The Paris Match’ (credited to "The Council Quartet” and featuring Weller) and the live version of ‘Luck’ (which again boasted performances from Style Council members).

Hurrah! signed to Arista via Kitchenware's deal with the major label, and the Tell God I'm Here album was re-released by the record company. In 1986, Hurrah! released their first major-label album and the single, "Sweet Sanity," in the UK and the US. a rawer edge to Heyward‘s sound without losing his ability to write a
catchy bittersweet pop song. The album included the singles Today, The
Man You Used To Be and Stars In Her Eyes. It received mixed reviews upon
its release but the following tour took in sold out shows in the UK,
USA and Japan. This reissue has been personally overseen by Nick and

Burn Bright / The Dancing Marquis - 7" Ltd Edition
THE EAGERLY AWAITED NEW MARC ALMOND DOUBLE 'A' SIDE SINGLE

PRODUCED BY TONY VISCONTI

STRICTLY LIMITED EDITION COLLECTABLE FAN EDITION

A PURPLE VINYL 7" GATEFOLD SLEEVE DOUBLE 'A' SIDE SINGLE THAT ALSO CONTAINS A CD SINGLE.

Earlier in 2013, Marc Almond realised the ambition of a lifetime when he attended the first of a few recording sessions with the legendary record producer Tony Visconti, famous for his work with David Bowie, Hazel O'Connor, T-Rex, The Moody Blues and Morrissey among many others.

The first stunning results of their unique collaboration are to be heard on this Double 'A' side single 'Burn Bright' / 'The Dancing Marquis'.

In celebration of the union of these two prodigious talents, Strike Force Entertainment have created a highly collectable limited fans edition. A 7" purple coloured vinyl single in a beautifully designed gatefold sleeve. This vinyl edition also contains the two tracks on a CD single housed on the inside of the gatefold sleeve.

While both tracks are produced and mixed by Tony Visconti, he also arranged the strings on the hearteningly buoyant 'Burn Bright' with Martin Mc Carrick (Siouxsie And The Banshees, Therapy?) arranging the strings on the othertrack, the reflective 'The Dancing Marquis', a song that Marc Almond wrote 'with Henry Paget 5th Marquess of Anglesey in mind'.

Demand will be high for this highly collectable limited edition of 1,000 copies.
