By this time 'BS&T' had sold over 6 million albums but the ensuing turmoil led to the band splitting in 1978. However in 1980 David Clayton-Thomas reformed the group, went back on the road and recorded a final studio album 'Nuclear Blues'. This DVD features archive footage of that reformed Blood Sweat and Tears line-up live at the Civic Theatre in Halifax, UK on April 9th 1980. The line up is David Clayton-Thomas, Richard Martinez, David Piltch, Keith Seymour, Robert Economou, Stanley Cassidy and Vernon Dorge. Playing in front of a sellout audience the band perform many classics from their heyday demonstrating why, even today, they are celebrated as, not only the first, but the greatest jazz/rock fusion band of all time.
