2. My video won't play, why?
Firstly, please check that your system meets the system requirements, and that you have Windows Media Player 11. Other issues can be answered here

3. I can't hear any sound in the video, why?
Please check your sound card settings and that your speaker volume is turned up. Also check the volume setting in Windows Media Player.

4. What are the system requirments for playing my video?
