Lemon Recordings are proud to release another recording featuring Doors man Ray Manzarek. However, unlike our previous Manzarek releases, this album sees a collaboration between him and poet/actor/drummer/guitarist/all-round-hero Darryl Read! Darryl Read is best known for his work with Crushed Butler and The Crayon Angels in the late 1960's/early 1970's, the former who are now recognised as one of the first ever-punk bands. Throughout his career Darryl has also worked with Terence Stamp, Sex Pistols Producer Dave Goodman, various members of T Rex and RPM Records star Jesse Hector! The first official worldwide release of this album it features 16 tracks of Darryl Read's poetry, set to music specifically composed by Ray Manzarek.
