We have had an increasing amount of packages go missing in the post, and from now on will NOT claim responsibility once the item has been dispatched for packages over 3 cds. If Airsure is purchased we can provide you with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched meaning you can track the orders progress online!We will then also be able to claim for your package should it go missing.

Online
You can order on the internet via credit card by simply adding to your shopping basket and going through our easy checkout process. Our checkout script is fully secure, using 128 bit encryption - check for the padlock in the status bar. Due to customer demand, you can now also use PAYPAL as well. We've had to put up postage prices on books, since the rates have soard recently.

By Phone
To order over the phone by credit card, please call our mailorder hotline on 0208 740 4110. Lines are open 10.00AM to 6.00PM (GMT).

By Post
You can also order by post via cheque, postal order, international money order, international postal order and international money order (all UK Pounds Sterling only).

Please make all postal payments payable to Cherry Red Records Ltd.

Simply print out the final order page and post it with your payment and address to us.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by International Money Order then please add an extra £5.00 - this is to cover bank charges that we incur when cashing Money Orders.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express and Solo). We cannot accept VISA Electron cards, but standard VISA is OK.

Delivery Times
Cherry Red now operates a same day despatch policy on orders taken before 3.00PM (GMT) (depending on stock).

UK delivery times - Orders should be received 4-5 days after despatch. Items are sent 1st class.

Europe delivery times - Orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 6-8 days after despatch.

Rest of the world delivery times - Orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 8-10 days after despatch.
