Releasd on 26/10/09. Esoteric Recordings are pleased to release the first ever CD edition of Messages By Steve Swindells. Perhaps best known for his work with Hawkwind offshoot Hawklords, his membership of the band Pilot and his 1980 solo album Fresh Blood (recently Released CD by Atomhenge), this album was Swindells debut recording for RCA Records in 1974.

Featuring guest musicians such as Mike Giles, Danny Thompson and John Gustafson, this excellent work is long overdue for a CD release and includes liner notes by Swindells himself. Also included is a bonus CD of Steve's unreleased follow up album Swindells Swallow recorded in 1975, but shelved by RCA. All tracks have been remastered from the original master tapes.
