Bluebell Wood
Big Sleep were a Welsh band whose influence was far beyond their sole album offering released in 1971. The band members (formerly with Eyes of Blue) would all soon head for greater things in bands such as Gentle Giant, Man and Wild Turkey (formed by ex-Jethro Tull bassist Glenn Cornick). An album that features many fine songs and styles, "Bluebell Wood", (originally released on the highly collectable Pegasus label), has been sought after by collectors for many years thanks to its influence and place in the history of British progressive rock and in the annals of Welsh rock. Re-mastered from the original master tapes, "Bluebell Wood" has never sounded so good. This release is sure to appeal to followers of Man and Gentle Giant in particular. The First ever- official CD release for this classic album - now 24-bit re-mastered. Our Price: £10.95

Earth And Fire
Released on 31/08/09. Earth and Fire are legends of the Dutch rock scene, first making an impression with their debut single 'Seasons' in 1969. They quickly established themselves as an international act thanks to the excellence of the material on their debut album and the powerful vocals of Jerney Kaagman in 1970. Released in the UK on the highly collectable Nepentha label in 1971 with a sleeve designed by Roger Dean, the bands eponymous debut was a superb collection of material with a progressive edge. Fat Mattress – Expanded Edition
Released 29/06/09. Recorded in 1969, 'Fat Mattress' was the eponymous debut album by the band formed by Jimi Hendrix Experience bass guitarist Noel Redding. Recorded in late 1968 / early 1969, the album evoked the influences of the time, touching upon styles pioneered by groups such as Traffic (whose member Chris Wood guested on the record). A superb piece of Psychedelic rock in its own right, 'Fat Mattress' failed to get the attention it deserved at the time of release (despite a tour as support act to the Hendrix Experience) but has subsequently been hailed as a classic of the era. This Esoteric reissue has eight bonus tracks comprising non-album singles, mono mixes, studio out-takes and an unreleased solo single by FAT MATTRESS' Jim Leverton. Our Price: £10.95

Seven Secrets
Released 23/02/09. Originally released in April 1974 on Pye s Dawn label, Seven Secrets was the second release by Northern Irish progressive rock masters Fruupp. A wonderful exercise in Symphonic and Melodic rock, the album was highly acclaimed upon release and furthered the popularity of the band who enjoyed a dedicated live following. Often compared with such luminaries as Genesis, Fruupp failed to enjoy the success they deserved. Seven Secrets is now re-mastered from the original tapes and with all of the albums from Fruupp's catalogue released in February 2009, this release is certain to appeal to all lovers of classic Progressive rock the world over.
