Best Of...
Bridget St John released three albums for John Peel’s Dandelion label between 1969 and 1972 and an album on the legendary Chrysalis label in 1974. She was a singer songwriter and a very accomplished guitar player crediting John Martyn as her Guitar Mentor. After much success both with her albums and on the live circuit she all but disappeared when she emigrated to Greenwich Village in 1976. Thankfully she is back involved with music of late and continues to record and tour. This Collection of songs spans her entire career and has been hand picked by Bridget herself. A detailed booklet with exclusive notes and pictures has been produced to accompany the release. First time best of compilationThe booklet contains exclusive pictures and notes by Nigel CrossThe Track list has been put together with Bridget’s full co operation Contains rare BBC tracks and little heard songs from Bridget’s archive

Mantle Pieces
Released on 22/03/10. The eighth in our series of Clifford T. Ward releases. Mantle Pieces was originally released on Charisma Records in 1973 and was Clifford's 3rd solo album. The album has not been available on CD for almost 20 years. The album contains one of his best loved singles Scullery. The CD includes two bonus tracks: the single Jayne (from Andromeda Spiral), + its b/side Maybe I'm Right. Clifford's reputation as a singer/songwriter lives on. His very active fan club "The Friends Of Clifford T. Ward" whose patron is Sir Tim Rice, support all attempts to promote the aims and works of Clifford T. Ward. Through their excellent website, they very much keep alive his extensive catalogue of work, spanning his career of 40 plus years. As a testament to his timeless genius, in June 2002, Clifford finished above The Beatles in a BBC Radio 2 poll on the best music released during the Queen's reign. Unfortunately Clifford wasn't around to witness this as he sadly died in December 2001 at the age of 57 Our Price: £9.95
