quartet defined a whole new movement of apocalyptic post-punkers. Line-up
was Ian Curis (vocals), Bernard Albrecht (guitar), Peter Hook (bass) and
Stephen Morris (drums). Curtis committed suicide in May 1980, ending the
band, though the others would re-emerge triumphantly as New Order. |
