It is difficult to describe music in words as it has to be heard and I do not like putting music into neat boxes, all good music should be heard and judged for what it sounds like and the enjoyment and emotion it creates. Music is very personal and subjective, something one person likes another may not! However to give a rough idea of what you can expect to find on our new T-Bird Label we aim to bring you Bluegrass, Country, Country Rock, Rockabilly, Rock n’ Roll and all points in between. We endeavour to offer you releases that have not been around for a while or are difficult to find, with great re-mastered sound and new packaging and informative sleeve notes. We are always happy to receive suggestions from you of music you would like to hear. 

T-BIRD Records promotion with The ACE CAFE LONDON
T-BIRD Records is linking up with the iconic ACE CAFE in LONDON for selected special events throughout September, October, November and December. See below for dates.

Following the successful release of the cafe's 70th anniversary, CD "Bikes ‘n’Leather - Rockin at the Ace!” Cherry Red Records is once again working with the Ace Cafe London, who are celebrating this year’s 60th anniversary of the legendary Triumph Thunderbird motorcycle as well as the iconic cars from Ford that carry the same evocative name, with a tie up with Cherry Red’s new T-Bird record label. T-Bird specialises in the early sounds of rock n' roll, ranging from The Rip Chords and The Hondells to Carl Perkins & Eddie Cochran. Selected T-BIRD releases will be available to purchase at the Ace Café shop and website. Ace Café and T-Bird Records special events will be:

The cafe's All American Cruise Nights, held on the last Saturday evenings of each month, with "Best Car" winning prize to include T-Bird CD plus raffle prizes to include T-Bird CD’s.

Sat 25th September Sat 30th October Sat 27th November: The cafe's Hot Rod Nights, held first Wednesday of every month, with "Best Car" winning prize to include T-Bird CD plus CD raffle prizes.

Wed 6th October Wed 3rd November Wed 1st December The cafe's 17th annual Ace Cafe Reunion weekend, Sat 11th Sept "Best Thunderbirds" competition with 3 T-Bird CD's to be won: Best Pre-Unit Triumph Thunderbird: Best Unit Triumph Thunderbird: Best Hinckley (modern) Triumph Thunderbird. With a further T-Bird CD’s to be awarded to "Best Cafe Racer" plus "spot" prizes.

Triumph Live event 17th-19th September at Mallory Park, organised by Triumph Motorcycles to celebrate their 20th anniversary of Hinckley production with T-Bird CD’s to be won.

NEC Birmingham hosts two shows at which Ace Café will be involved and there will be T-Bird CDs to be won: Classic Motor Show - 12th - 14th November & Bike Show 25th Nov - 5th December

Ace Café will have a stand & display at The Intermot Bike Show in Koln, Germany 6th - 10th October and will be offering T-Bird CD’s as prizes.
