Released 27/11/08. First time on CD for the debut LP by Canadian singer / songwriter Terry Jacks who had previously been a member of The Poppy Family. The title track gave Terry a No.1 across the globe reaching the top spot in the UK, USA, Australia, and Germany, to name but a few countries, on it s way to selling over 6 million copies. The single also topped the charts in Canada and remains that countries largest selling single ever. The album itself reached the Top 50 in Germany and also contains the hit single If You Go Away which hit No.8 in Britain, No.24 in Germany, No.45 in Canada and the Top 75 in America plus the Canadian hit singles Concrete Sea (No.16) and I m Gonna Love You Too (No.7) The four bonus cuts, all appearing on CD for the first time, include Terry’s last Bell Records single Rock N Roll (I Gave You The Best Years Of My Life) which hit No.25 in his native Canada.
